Specifications and written terms are current manufacturer documents; no independent performance or reliability conclusion is made.
After delivery
What owning the Morozko PRO involves
Installation, maintenance and repair can change the value of the purchase.
Installation
The current product pages call for a surface that tolerates water exposure and splashing, with placement away from flooding. They disclaim responsibility for water damage to surrounding surfaces. Earlier reading, September 27, 2026: the pages also required the mechanical compartment to sit beneath a roof, and excluded damage from improper installation, inadequate drainage or water intrusion into it from the warranty.
Warranty service
PRO’s product page covers manufacturing defects for three years, parts and labor, with a non-transferable warranty. The policy starts the term at delivery, gives refurbished units one year and lists PRO as eligible for the 72-hour on-site service guarantee.
Service promise limits
The current PRO product page and warranty policy do not define the 72-hour service clock, territory or remedy. They do not establish observed fulfillment or a guaranteed repair-completion time.
