Corrections
How to request a correction, what happens to it, and the correction log.
Owners and companies can request a factual correction. A material change gets a dated correction note beside the affected passage.
Send a request to steven@revolvewellnessstudio.com. Please identify the page, the exact statement and the source or document that supports your correction. Do not email private account or equipment identifiers; we will arrange a separate route if those become necessary.
What happens to a request
| Stage | What we do | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Request received | Log the affected page and statement, the request and any supporting source, privately | No public accusation against the requester |
| Material fact plausibly disputed | Review the source and, where warranted, pause or qualify the disputed passage | The relevant uncertainty is stated if the passage stays public |
| Correction supported | Amend the text and any affected summaries or calculations | A dated correction explaining the material change |
| Interpretation remains disputed | Preserve the evidence and each side’s attributable position | The disagreement described accurately |
| Owner withdraws publication approval | Follow the recorded consent and withdrawal procedure | New publication stops; affected material is updated or removed as the policy requires |
A company may decline to respond or contest an interpretation without losing its correction route. A response does not decide the publication.
Resolved cases
When a problem is resolved, we ask the owner for a dated outcome and permission to publish the update, and we distinguish repair proposed, repair completed, resumed use, reimbursement received and later recurrence. Confirmed resolutions are placed prominently alongside the original problem.
