Clearance
ORCA publishes no clearance or ventilation distances for the chiller or the tub, and no circuit requirement beyond a 110 V supply and a 10 ft GFCI cord. The tub weighs 725 lb filled.

Installation, maintenance and repair can change the value of the purchase.
The tub-only page says the cover's combination buckles are "child proof"; ORCA's welcome page says the lock's combination is set at the factory and cannot be changed. Ask ORCA how the lock secures the cover before relying on it around children.
This bundle calls filtration "optional" and names no filter in its inclusions, yet ORCA's maintenance page calls the sediment filter essential and warns that non-ORCA filters "may void the manufacturer warranty." It says to replace the filter about every 10–14 days; other ORCA pages say every 2 weeks, and every 7–10 days for the 20-micron filter. Filters are $36 for six.
The bundle names a tub, inflatable lockable cover, air pump, repair kit and an external pump for priming the chiller. The tub-only page adds a duffle bag and the 3/4 HP chiller page a hose kit with fittings; neither is named for the bundle.
This page says "Ships in 1-2 Business Days"; ORCA's shipping policy says orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Neither gives a delivery date, shipping rates or freight terms.
The only warranty statement is "1 Year Limited Warranty" in the chiller specifications. No tub term, parts-or-labor split, claim procedure or commercial term is published, and the store's warranty page address returned not found on September 27, 2026.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase, unused and in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies once the order has shipped (3–6% if cancelled before), refunds are less the cost of shipping, and sale purchases cannot be returned.
The 3/4 HP chiller lists a Panasonic compressor, 52 dBA, an IPX4 outdoor rating, 75 lb, a 600 gph pump, ozone at 5W 50mg/hr and WiFi control. ORCA's chart rates it for up to 120 gallons with 1900 W of cooling capacity, a cooling rating rather than power use. ORCA says running the one-hour ozone cycle at least once a day can help, with no one in the water, and to change the water every 4–6 weeks.
