Current home terms state a five-year limited term for plastic units, except the water chiller is one year, and list maintenance/water-chemistry/low-flow and other exclusions.
Service access
Renu's FAQ says clearance depends on the model and points to its Specifications page for each model's dimensions and clearances. Earlier reading, September 22, 2026: the FAQ said the large vent "requires at least 27 inches of clearance" and the small vent "requires at least 15 inches of clearance," for ventilation and access to the mechanic's bay and the chiller.

The cooling card previously showed a 39–90°F range. The cited product page supports cold-only cooling down to 39°F and does not support the 90°F endpoint.
