The Version 4.0 manual the product page linked on October 20, 2026 gives about 1,650 lb filled (400 lb dry plus 150 gal of water) on four casters. Its schedule says to rinse the two screen filters and inspect the sediment filter every two weeks, replacing it then if it is grey or brown or if you plunge daily, and each month to replace the sediment filter and drain, clean and refill the tub. The two documents differ on winter use: the product page says not to run the plunge in sub-freezing outdoor temperatures, while the manual's Winter Protocol offers a full shutdown or plunging "through freezing weather" with the filtration bay drained and filtration off. Confirm cold-weather use for the exact unit before the first freeze.

The shared warranty page says the Cold Plunge Pro has a one-year residential limited warranty for manufacturing defects, excludes wear-and-tear/abuse, and offers extended warranties for purchase.

The returns FAQ says cold plunges may be returned within 30 days only unused and unopened; approved returns carry a 25% restocking fee plus outbound/inbound shipping; uncrated, assembled, or used plunges are not accepted.
