Installation and maintenance
The current product page directs buyers to a level structurally sound surface, nearby drainage and airflow; it describes hose fill, an insulated lid, filter replacement at least monthly (two weeks for daily use), and no sub-freezing outdoor operation.
Residential warranty
The shared warranty page says the Cold Plunge Pro has a one-year residential limited warranty for manufacturing defects, excludes wear-and-tear/abuse, and offers extended warranties for purchase.
Return policy
The returns FAQ says cold plunges may be returned within 30 days only unused and unopened; approved returns carry a 25% restocking fee plus outbound/inbound shipping; uncrated, assembled, or used plunges are not accepted.
Manual warranty scope
The manual's limited residential warranty says parts are covered but labor/service technicians are not; LED lights and the UV-C bulb are 90-day items; freight to/from the buyer is buyer-responsible.
