Electrical documents conflict: the product page says dedicated 120V/15A, while the Residential All-In setup guide says dedicated 120V/20A and does not identify Gen 2. Confirm the exact delivered unit's circuit requirement before purchase.
Clearance
The Residential All-In setup guide, which does not identify Gen 2, says at least 16 inches at the component end for ventilation, at least 12 inches at the front for drain access and ventilation, and 4 inches on the LED Display's left side. It recommends around 4 inches at the other end so you can lean your head back; that recommendation is not a stated ventilation or access minimum. Correction, October 19, 2026: our earlier note called the recommendation a side/end clearance requirement.

Efficiency claims
The product page says "31% faster cooling using 50% less energy", "31% faster and 50% more energy-efficient cooling" and "50% more energy efficient". A product image headed "All-In Gen 2 features" says "50% more efficient than Gen 1". Only the image names a comparison, and the page gives no test conditions for any of these figures. Earlier reading, September 28, 2026: the image then on the page said "50% more efficient than Gen2".
Delivery
Included in-home delivery is zone-dependent and does not include setup; extended-zone charges require address-specific confirmation.
Service
Covered parts/labor are free, but access, mileage, removal/reinstallation and replacement delivery costs may fall to the owner; no fixed repair turnaround stated.
Warranty conditions
App/firmware, filter replacement at least every 30 days, water chemistry and winterization are coverage conditions; the text also prohibits adding ice.
Electrical
The product page says a dedicated 120V/15A circuit, while the Residential All-In setup guide says dedicated 120V/20A and does not identify Gen 2. Confirm the requirement for the delivered unit. Correction, October 19, 2026: our earlier model record selected a 15A circuit.
